Joining
Membership of the Association is open to all serving and past members of 256 (City of London) Field Hospital and also those who have served in any of the preceeding units. These include:

- 131 (HOME COUNTIES) Field Ambulance

- 24 (EASTERN) Field Dressing Station
- 221 (SURREY) Field Ambulance
